Photo surfaces of potential AirTags keychain ahead of announcement

The leak: This may be our first look at the rumored AirTags keychain accessory, according to Fudge (90.9% accurate).

  • The photo below depicts a reflective, silver key ring attached to a Saddle Brown leather loop
  • Mark Gurman (88.4% accurate) was first to rumor the existence of a keychain accessory for AirTags, which could debut as soon as tomorrow

Our take: This looks legitimate to me, and lines up with what Gurman leaked a few months back. Both Jon Prosser (84.3% accurate) and L0vetodream (88.7% accurate) believe that AirTags will be announced very soon (likely tomorrow).

Revamped Apple TV models reportedly in testing with A12/14 chips

The rumor: Apple is working to expand Apple Arcade in the future with upgraded Apple TV hardware, according to Fudge (90.9% accurate).

  • Both a model with an A12x/z processor and ‘A14x-like’ chip are currently in development
  • Mark Gurman (87.8% accurate) suggested a new Apple TV could launch as soon as later this year
  • Apple is also said to be continuing work on a native game controller

Our take: Only Apple knows what the hold-up on these new Apple TV models is being caused by. We may still see one later this year, but it could have been delayed until 2021.

Purported AirPods Studio images and video surface

The leak: Ahead of a rumored release later this year, our first ever hands-on images of AirPods Studio have leaked from Fudge (66.7% accurate).

  • Apparently this is the ‘sport’ version, with a more breathable, mesh head pad
  • The headphones pictured here closely match descriptions of what other sources have described

Our take: Something tells me that these images are legitimate. Yes, they do look a bit odd. But I think retro is what Apple is going for with these. And I kind of dig it.

First purported iPhone 13 design and details shared

The news, taken with a huge grain of salt: The design and initial camera details for the 2021 iPhone have been shared by @choco_bit.

  • There appear to be four cameras in the main array, with the LiDAR sensor placed below

Our take: It’s wayyyyyyy to early to have a proper opinion on these, as most of this will almost certainly change prior to launch. Let’s just hope we get some sweet optical and digital zoom options.
