The news: Apple released, and then pulled, iOS 14.3 twice today. Why? Because a number of details about future products have been revealed.
Here’s everything that’s new so far, according to 9to5Mac and MacRumors, who were able to install the update:
- Support for scanning App Clips with the camera
- New Pregnancy section in Health
- On iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max, support for Apple ProRaw
- Support for PS5 and Luna controllers
- Install HomeKit accessory updates directly through the Home app
- Ecosia added as a default search engine option
- As described on their website ‘Make Ecosia your new search engine and plant trees with your searches – for free!’
- Support for AirTags (unreleased)
- New icon for AirPods Studio (unreleased)
- 3rd party apps suggested during initial iOS setup process
